PartyFlow.ai (“we”, “our”) is operated by Lost Boys Development Co, a Virginia company. This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with our AI-powered party booking service, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you call a family entertainment center whose phone line is handled by PartyFlow.ai, we collect: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, party details you share (date, time, number of guests, package, preferences), and, where available, a recording and transcript of your call. If you complete a booking, we also collect billing information through our payment processor.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your call, confirm your party booking, send you a secure checkout link and booking updates by SMS, and, if the booking is not completed, send short reminder messages to help you complete it (Rescue Mode). We share your booking details with the venue you are booking with so their staff can prepare for your party.

SMS messaging

You opt in verbally during the call before any text is sent. Message frequency is tied to your booking (typically 1–3 messages). Msg&Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Data retention

Where available, we retain booking records and call recordings for 24 months for quality, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance, then delete them.
