These terms govern your use of PartyFlow.ai, an AI-powered party booking voice service operated by Lost Boys Development Co (“we”, “our”). By calling a family entertainment center whose phone line is handled by PartyFlow.ai, or by using any SMS link we send you, you agree to these terms.

Service

PartyFlow.ai answers inbound party inquiries on behalf of participating family entertainment centers, helps you select a package and time slot, and sends a secure checkout link by SMS once you consent.

SMS terms

By opting in verbally during your call, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your booking: checkout link, confirmation, and short follow-up reminders to help you complete a pending booking. Message frequency is tied to the booking (typically 1–3 messages). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your obligations

Provide accurate contact and booking information. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

Bookings and payments

Bookings are fulfilled by the individual venue, not by PartyFlow.ai. Refund and cancellation policies are set by the venue and communicated at checkout.

Limitation of liability

PartyFlow.ai is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost Boys Development Co is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect any change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
